In short: this website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services and processes personal data only when you send us an enquiry.

2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When pages are accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier) in server log files in order to deliver the website and ensure its security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in secure and stable operation. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. No cookies, no analytics tools
This website does not store cookies and does not read information from your device. No analytics or marketing services and no fonts, scripts or content from third-party servers are loaded.
To measure reach, we only count how often each page is accessed per day and from which website (domain name only) visitors arrive. Neither IP addresses nor identifiers are stored; no conclusions about individual persons are possible.
4. Enquiry form, email and phone
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process your details (company, name, email address, optionally phone number, details of application, quantity and raw material, and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and make you an offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).
Form enquiries are stored on our server and forwarded to us by email. To protect against automated mass submissions, an encrypted check value (hash) of your IP address is briefly generated, from which the address cannot be recovered; it is overwritten after one hour at the latest.
We delete your enquiry once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) prevent this.
5. Location map and Google Maps
The map in the footer is an image stored on our server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors). No data is transmitted to third parties when the page is accessed. Only when you click "Plan route" does Google Maps open in a new window; Google's privacy policy applies there.
6. Links to LinkedIn
On our "About us" page we link to profiles on LinkedIn. These are simple links; data is only transmitted when you click a link. LinkedIn's privacy policy applies there.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Thuringian State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (TLfDI).
8. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
